No, our ultrasonic models do not require wicks or filters. The DUET does use our DC1003PK demineralization cartridge to help break down minerals naturally found in water, but the cartridge is not required.

The tank has a handle. Simply lift out the tank and fill it at a sink or in a bathtub. You can also pour water directly into the tank.

We suggest changing the pad each time you change oils and every 30-120 days, depending on use. Change the pads more often if they become sticky.

Only add essential oils to the diffuser tray in the base and never directly to the water tank. Locate the essential oil diffuser tray in the back of the DUET’s base. Place two AURP10PK diffuser pads into the tray and start with a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Add more oil to your liking.
